Each fold-away post is supplied with a specialised mounting tray, featuring a hinged lid.
When the post is not required, it can be easily folded into the tray. The hinged lid can be closed securely over the top, and lock with the supplied key, creating and unobtrusive path for pedestrians and vehicles.
When the post is required, the hinged lid is unlocked (with the supplied key) and then the post can be effortlessly raised into its upright position. The hinged lid then be locked back down into position.
