Our prices include UK VAT, and the price at checkout is all you pay: delivery costs are shown before you pay, and there is nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives.
Need it sooner?
Faster delivery may be possible on request, depending on your order (for example assembled systems, or products containing batteries, which follow specific transport rules). Email us before ordering and we'll look into it.

How do I track my parcel?
As soon as your order leaves our distribution centre, you can follow it with DHL tracking, right up to your door.
Does someone need to sign for it?
Most deliveries require a signature on receipt. For peace of mind, we recommend a delivery address where someone can sign, such as your workplace.
If you ask for a parcel to be left without a signature, this is done entirely at your own risk: once it is marked as delivered without signature, we cannot be held legally responsible for loss, theft or damage.
What about special orders and assembled systems?
They may need a little longer: we'll confirm the timing by email. Every assembled or configured system is paired and tested by our technicians before despatch, so it works straight out of the box.
What if DHL is delayed?
Occasionally, events beyond DHL's control, such as severe weather, can hold a parcel up. If that happens, we work with DHL to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and keep you informed.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and the islands?
Yes. For Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands, costs and delivery times vary: contact us and we'll send you a tailored quote.
Do you ship to Europe and worldwide?
Yes. From our distribution centre we despatch orders throughout Europe with DHL, and we regularly ship worldwide.

Is there anything more to pay when my parcel arrives?
No. Our prices include UK VAT, and the price at checkout is all you pay: there is nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives.
As your order travels from our distribution centre in France, the customs paperwork and any import charges are taken care of by our logistics team before despatch, so DHL delivers it to your door like any other UK parcel.
