Most orders are stocked, prepared, and despatched the same day, or within 2–3 working days, depending on the nature of the products and any preparation required. All orders are handled in-house, using our own stock and teams — no marketplaces, no blind drop-shipping, no surprises.
We have two warehouses:
• Standard products are stocked and shipped from our UK warehouse
• More complex or assembled products are prepared and shipped from our central EU warehouse located in France, using a specialised team and dedicated carrier services
If your order timing is critical and you need absolute certainty on lead times, we always recommend contacting us before placing your order — our team will happily confirm what’s possible.
• Orders £120 or above (including VAT): Free delivery (GB Mainland only)
• Orders under £120: £6.95 (including VAT) (GB Mainland only)
Express Delivery is available for most GB Mainland orders placed before 10am, at an additional cost of £15.00 including VAT.
• Express delivery means next working day in most cases
• In rare circumstances (for example, where items are prepared and shipped from our central EU warehouse), delivery may occur on the following working day
This approach allows us to offer fast delivery while remaining fully transparent and compliant with cross-border logistics.
Important: Express delivery significantly prioritises your order, but it is not an absolute guarantee. If your delivery must arrive without fail, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm feasibility.
We despatch orders via DPD, Royal Mail, or UPS, depending on the shipment type, destination, and contents.
Tracking details are provided as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Most deliveries require a signature on receipt.
If you request that a parcel is left without a signature, this is done entirely at your own risk. Once a delivery is marked as delivered without signature, we cannot be held legally responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
For peace of mind, we strongly recommend providing a delivery address where a signature can be obtained.
Collection from a local store may be available in specific cases, please contact us to organise.

As explained above, some orders are prepared and despatched from our central EU warehouse in France.
In these cases, all fees (customs clearance, import duties, and related charges) are handled by Ultra Secure directly.
There are no additional fees payable on delivery — the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
This process is fully managed by our logistics team to ensure smooth delivery without delays or unexpected requests from the courier.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, and the Channel Islands, shipping costs and delivery options may vary.
