Standard Delivery Charges

• Orders £75 or above (including VAT): Free delivery (GB Mainland only).
• Orders under £75: £4.95 (including VAT) (GB Mainland only).

Next Working Day

Next Working Day Delivery (Monday to Friday) is available for GB Mainland orders placed before 10am, at an additional cost of £9.99 including VAT.

Please note: Saturday and Bank Holiday deliveries are not included. Please contact us if you require a Saturday service.

We offer a Next Working Day option; however, this service is not absolutely guaranteed.
If you require a delivery to arrive without fail, please check with us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Delivery Methods (GB Mainland)

We despatch via DPD or Royal Mail. Most parcels arrive the next working day, but this cannot be guaranteed as occasional courier delays may occur.

Delivery Address

Most deliveries require a signature. If you request that a parcel is left without one, this will be at your own risk. We can deliver to an alternative address where a signature will be available.

Saturday Delivery

Available to GB Mainland customers for orders placed before 10am on Friday. Please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery.

Islands

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, and the Channel Islands, please contact us for shipping costs.

Europe

We work with partners in France, Germany, and Ireland who can ship locally. We can also ship to all other European destinations - please contact us for details.
