Description

For locations with no easy or safe access to a power supply, this Battery Powered Wireless Siren & Flashing Strobe doubles up as the Alarm Control Panel, making it an easy & quick Alarm to install (in any location), operates on 868 Mhz. 

Supplied with a Wireless Water or Flood Sensor & Remote Control, can be used as:

  • A Wireless Flood & Water Leakage Alarm system (to help protect buildings with no power, workshops, garages, holiday homes etc).
  • Or as a base to build a more comprehensive Flood & Intruder Alarm System (adding any of the smart alarm detectors, no limit). 

The Alarm is operated using Remote Control (supplied) or additional Remote Controls or Wireless Keypads.

This Wireless Water Detector is designed to monitor for Water Leaks & Floods !! 

The battery powered transmitter should be mounted in a position above the potential water leak, with the Water Sensor/Probe located in a position very close to the most likely location that water would collect following a leak (it is attached to the transmitter by a 220 mm cable, which could be extended if needed).

The transmitter is installed using small screws or double sided tape (both supplied), the sensor is mounted using a double side strong adhesive pad (supplied).

The transmitter is powered by 2 x AAA batteries (supplied), and would last between 1 - 2 years in most applications, there is a built in Low Battery Warning (slow red flashing LED on the transmitter) to inform the home owner that the batteries need replacing.

The Wireless Transmitter has a very impressive wireless range of 200 metres (line of sight) back to the Siren.

The Wireless Remote Control, for arming and disarming your Wireless Smart Alarm (from up to 50 metres away), it can carry out 3 functions with this system:

  1. Arm: Fully Arms the Alarm System.
  2. OFF: This will disarm the complete Alarm System.
  3. Panic: By pressing the Home & Alert Buttons at the same time, it will fully activate the Siren (even when it is disarmed).

The Siren/Control Panel is powered by 4 x D Cell Batteries (supplied), which will last approximately 2 years, makes the installation very quick, easy & safe (optional plug in transformer available for locations that have easy and safe access to a power supply socket).

When activated it has twin Sirens supplying 120 Decibel & bright Flashing Strobe Lights, the duration of these can be adjusted between 1 - 10 minutes during installation.

The Siren has other features including:

  • Tamper Protection.
  • Service Mode (allows customers to silence alarm for any service operations, remote control required).
  • Easy to follow installation instructions.
 
In most applications we would recommend installing the Siren in a location that is visible to neighbours, passing police and potential thieves. 

Also available is a matching Dummy Siren Box, normally fitted to the rear of the property !!

There is no limit to how many additional Alarm Detectors are added to this system, the options include:
