This 4G UltraPIR Alarm Kit is supplied with an additional Wireless Door Sensor & Remote Control, and can be used most types of Van or Vehicle applications:

• The Battery powered Wireless PIR is normally fitted into the back of the Van, Truck or Lorry.
• The Door Contact can be on a Front, Side or Rear Door.

4G UltraPIR:

The UltraPIR has a built in PIR detector and would normally be fitted into the rear of the Van or Vehicle although some customers will use one in the cabin for times when the driver is away.

It has a built in 130 Decibel Siren (which can be set to silent if preferred) and has a 30 second exit delay and a 5 second entry delay (normally disarmed from outside the vehicle). The PIR has a 10 metre distance, 120 degrees horizontal & 90 degrees vertical detection pattern.

It is powered by 3 x standard AA Batteries (supplied) and typical battery life would be 12 - 18 months in most applications (depending on how often the Alarm is triggered).

You can choose to fit Lithium AA Batteries which will outlast a Duracell Alkaline Batteries by about 4 - 6 times together with performing far better in temperatures below freezing.

Door Sensor:

The Door Sensor supplied with this 4G Van Alarm can be used in the following ways: 

• A Magnetic Contact, the two parts supplied are fitted onto the Door & adjoining Frame (in such a position that both parts are nearly touching when closed), if the parts are separated by the Door opening the Alarm would be triggered (providing the UltraPIR is Armed).
• With the built in Vibration Sensor (which can be turned off), if the device is triggered by a sudden vibration (sensitivity can be adjusted) the Alarm would be triggered (providing the UltraPIR is Armed).
• There is a built in Siren on this device that can be turned ON or OFF (to suit the owners preferences).
• There is a small Keypad that is used for setting the parameters of the device and can be used to Arm or Disarm the complete Alarm system.

It is powered by a standard 3v Lithium CR2 Battery, additional Wireless Door or Window Sensor can be added.

Additional Sensors:

This 4G UltraPIR Alarm can be expanded (if required) by adding any of the products found in the 'Accessory Tab' within this listing (no limit to how many can be added), these would also be connected to the same unique & secure Wireless network.

Programming:   

This Alarm is very easy to program (probably one of the easiest 4G or GSM Alarms on the market today) by using the built in Keypad.

Communication:

The 4G Alarm communicates to key-holders via the mobile phone networks (standard size sim card required) and will contact up to three by Telephone (with your own pre-recorded message) and/or Text Message when activated (phone calls or text can be turned off if only one method of communication is preferred).

We do offer two Roaming SIM Cards from a third party supplier (at cost) designed for use in Alarms & Tracker Systems, these are low level contract sim cards (working on a direct debit), these can be selected within the drop down options near the Add to Card Button.

You can also purchase the product with no sim card and simply use your preferred supplier (no data is required).

Arming & Disarming: 

The system is Armed & Disarmed by using the Remote Control (supplied) from up to 100 metres away (open air), additional Remote Controls can be added.

Receiving a Call:

When the Alarm calls the key-holders, there is the choice to:

• Listen to your pre-recorded message and do nothing (the alarm will then contact the other key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press # on your telephone (this will disarm the PIR and prevent it from calling further key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press * on your telephone (this will turn the siren off, prevent it from calling further key-holders, but keep the PIR fully armed (ready for further activations).

Siren:

There are built in 130 Decibel Sirens on both the 4G UltraPIR & Door/Window Sensor, many customers will silence the UltraPIR (simple procedure using the keypad) whilst keeping the Siren active on the Door/Window Sensor (unless they want a fully covert Alarm), this allows the UltraPIR to contact the owners without drawing attention to itself.

Low Battery:

The Alarm will send you a Text Message if the Batteries are getting low (this can be turned off).

This is a unique and versatile 4G Alarm that can be used in more internal applications than can be listed (if external use is required we can supply the UltraPIR inside a Birdbox or with a Rubber Hood.
