Q: What Power Supply Do I Need?
A: 9 - 24v DC (can often be taken directly from Electric Gate/Door Boards, or Plug in Transformers can be purchased).
Q: Which Cables Do I Connect the Power Supply To?
A: Red (+) and Black (-).
Q: Which Cables Do I Connect to my Electric Gate or Door?
A: The 2 x White Cables (assuming the connections required are volt free N/O or N/C).
Q: What are the 2 x Yellow Cables for?
A: These are N/O Switch Cables (could be used with a Push Button).
Q: How do I program this Intercom?
A: You can use a Free APP (iOS or Android) or send a series of Text Messages.
Q: What is the iOS APP?
A: Apartment Intercom
Q: What is the Android APP?
A: Not easy to find on the Android APP (but we do supply a QR Code with the Instructions supplied).
Q: How do we use Text Commands?
A: By Sending Certain Commands to the number of the Inserted SIM Card.
Q: What are the Text Message Commands?
A: These are supplied within the Instructions.
Q: What happens when a Visitor Presses the Call Button?:
A: The Intercom will Call the first Key-holder, if there is no answer it will then call the 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th (if all are programmed).
Q: What do I do when the Intercom Rings me?
A: You can have two-way communication with the Visitor, you can then press # to Operate the Output Relay, and * to Hang Up.
