How it Works:

This simple Alarm comprises of 1 x Battery Powered Magnetic Contact, 1 x Plug in Siren Receiver & 2 x Remote Controls which are paired together with a unique and secure wireless code.

The Magnetic Contact is supplied with a battery powered Switch & Magnet, both parts are fitted onto a Door/Window (using simple double sided tape supplied) and adjacent Frame (within 5 mm of each other when closed), if the Door/Window is opened the Switch and Magnet will part which in turn will send a Wireless Signal to the Siren Alarm Receiver.  

If the Siren Receiver has been Armed with either Remote Control the Siren will activate, the Remote Control can also be used to trigger the Siren using the built in SOS Button or to Disarm the Siren.

Many customers would place the Siren Receiver in a different building to where the Door/Window Contact is fitted, for example:

• Siren Receiver inside the House & the Contact in a nearby Garage or Shed.
• Siren Receiver in a Reception with the Contact on a Fire Door.
• Siren Receiver in an Office with the Contact on a Stock Room Door.   

Receiver Siren:

The Siren Receiver Plugs directly into a UK (3-pin) or EU (2-pin) Wall socket making them very easy and quick to Install.

It has a built in 95 Decibel Siren which can be programmed to operate for 3 minutes or 30 seconds each time it is Triggered.

Up to 32 Pull Cords (or other HY Sensors) can be used at the same time.

Additional Siren Receivers (005-6400) can be added should you want them in different Rooms.

Magnetic Contact:

The Magnetic Contact is supplied with a battery powered Switch & Magnet, both parts are fitted onto a Door/Window (using simple double sided tape supplied) and adjacent Frame (within 5 mm of each other when closed), if the Door/Window is opened the Switch and Magnet will part which in turn will send a Wireless Signal to the Siren Alarm Receiver. 

It will also operate with the Outdoor Solar Siren (005-6000).

It is powered by 2 x CR2032 batteries and has a LED Indicator built into the front panel.

Additional Magnetic Contacts can be added (please see 005-6410), or a selection of other HY accessories.

Remote Controls:

The Remote Controls have an impressive operating range of 150 metres (line of sight) to the HY Siren Receivers, and can be used to:

• Arm the Siren.
• Disarm the Siren.
• Trigger the Siren (as a panic alarm).

Additional Remote Controls (max 8) can be added (005-6020).

Wireless Operation:

The Wireless operational range between the Magnetic Contact & Siren Receiver is 150 metre (line of sight) which equates to around 50 - 100 metres in most applications, however one or more signal Repeaters can be added which can massively extend this range, these include:

• Indoor Plug in Signal Repeater (005-0760).
• Outdoor Solar Siren & Repeater (005-6000) which can be used with or without the loud Siren.

Expandable:

This Pull Cord Alarm can be expanded to cover many different applications, these include:
