Outdoor KP Wireless Curtain PIR

Outdoor KP Wireless Curtain PIR, supplied with a Rubber Hood which results in a Wide but Shallow Beam Detection Pattern (which helps avoid false alarms from small ground animals) ideal for Outside use.

The Rubber Hood which simply slides over the top of the PIR also supplies additional weather protection, never a bad thing with electrical equipment.

The PIR can be used in conjunction with all of our KP Wireless Alarm Systems and have a 9 - 12 metre detection range (can be reduced) and a wireless range back to the receiver of 100 metres (line of sight).

When mounted vertically, they will creates a very narrow beam (ideal for protecting bay windows, balcony applications & french doors), when mounted in a horizontal position, they create a wide detection pattern avoiding the ground and ceiling (ideal for buildings prone to small animals).
