Description

Long Range Solar Powered Wireless Perimeter Alarm System with 900 metre Transmission & 100 metre Detection, designed to help you protect your Family, Home & Business.

Designed for Simple & Easy DIY Installation, the system comprises of 1 x set of Solar Powered Wireless Perimeter Beams, 1 x plug in Receiver & 2 x rechargeable Power Packs.

Rechargeable Power Packs:

These Power Packs are designed for helping to power and maintain the Solar Beams in either:

  • Very busy locations (hundreds of activations per day).
  • Dark locations such as:
    • Under a large Tree.
    • Behind a large North Facing Wall.
    • Inside the Entrance to an Open Barn.
    • Inside a fully enclosed Building.

The Power Pack will operate the Beams for approximately 750 activations before needing to be recharged, the Beams will also still have their built in Batteries and Solar Panels.

When the Power Pack needs charging, you simply unclip and remove it from the weatherproof container (no tools required) and take it to the charger (3-pin charger supplied), whilst the Power Pack is being charged the Beams will operate normally being powered by the Internal Batteries.

For locations inside buildings near to a power supply, you could even keep the Power Pack permanently connected to the Charger.

Receiver:

The Indoor 4 - Channel Wireless Receiver is powered by a standard 3-pin Plug in Transformer and has the following features:

  • 4 x Adjustable Dry Relay N/O or N/C Outputs (often used to trigger auto-diallers, timer relays).
  • Adjustable 12v DC Outputs (often used with sirens & flashing lights).
  • ON/OFF Switch.
  • Volume Control.
  • Will work with up to 128 sets of Detectors.
  • Optional Reminder Bleeps.
  • Exit Delay Option.
Wireless Beams (often called laser beams): 
These impressive Solar Powered Wireless Perimeter Beams are packed with impressive features listed below: 
  • Battery Powered with Built in Solar Charging: (making for easy installation).
  • Dual Detection Technology: (prevents false alarms from small animals and moving debris).
  • 100 metre Detection: (covers more are with less detectors).
  • Impressive 900 metre Wireless Range:

  • Test Lights: (for easy installation).
  • Top up charging Ports.
  • Option Test Beep (which can be silenced).

The Dual Detection Technology works by having a pair of Detectors (set 60 mm apart from each other) on each Beam, both Detectors have to be breached simultaneously to create an activation, allowing small animals, insects, leaves & debris to safely pass by. There are a pair of detectors on each size of Beam, so these 1B-100 have one pair of detectors, a 2B-100 would have two pairs and the 3B-100 would have three pairs, each pair of detectors work independently of each other resulting in the 3B-100 Beams having three chances to detect an Intruder.   

They are very easy to install as they have a built in Red Glow Light (for easy lining up).

You can use up to 128 sets of Beams with this Receiver & 32 sets should you decide to add a Solar Wireless Siren (part number 004-2810).

Operating Range:
The Wireless operating range between the Beams & Receivers is 900 metres (line of sight) which can be doubled by using the signal repeater (part number 004-2910).
Auto-Diallers:
You can add a Hard Wired or GSM Auto-Dialler to this Alarm System, it would be connected to the Internal Receiver, these Diallers would contact you by Telephone or Text Message if triggered.
Additional Receivers & Beams:
You can add Multiple Wireless Receivers (indoor & external solar) to this system (no limit) and many sets of additional Solar Perimeter Beams (4 sizes) plus a range of Sensors and a Smoke Detector.
Sirens:
You add loud Internal & External Wired or Wireless Sirens, Flashing Strobe Lights, Speech Alerts or activate Lighting from the internal Receivers or Diallers, please ask for advice.

Easy programming method

  1. Turn On Beams (switch on rear).
  2. Mount the Beams.
  3. Line up By Eye, String Line etc.
  4. Put the relevant Receiver into Learn Mode.
  5. Walk through the Beams, at this time (providing you have them correctly lined up), a low red glow will illuminate briefly.
  6. The Signal sent to the Receiver from this set of beams will be learned into the relevant receiver.
  7. Take the Receiver out of learn mode.
  8. The system is now ready.
